Chubb gets new head of claims

Chubb has appointed an experienced senior claims leader to focus on driving innovation and ensuring customers receive the utmost care.

Chubb Life has appointed Reeta Anthony as Head of Claims. She  joins Chubb Life NZ from Fidelity Life where she was Head of Claims.

Anthony reports to Debbie Eyre, Chief Operating Officer at Chubb Life NZ, and will be responsible for the strategic delivery of a market-leading claims proposition for Chubb Life NZ's customers and Advisers.

"Reeta lives and breathes claims and is passionate about serving others. I look forward to working closely with her to drive a culture of innovation and further strengthen Chubb Life's position as a leading provider of life insurance for New Zealanders," said Eyre.

She brings to Chubb Life more than 25 years of financial services experience and expertise. She has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and is committed to achieving positive outcomes for both the business, its customers and advisers.
