NZFSG adds new head of insurance distribution

NZFSG has appointed Gavin Neal as its new head of insurance distribution.

Neal brings more than two decades of experience in the financial services sector, most recently with health insurer nib. His extensive expertise spans insurance leadership, operations, compliance, project coordination, quality assurance, business development, and sales.

“We are excited to welcome Gavin to NZFSG as we continue to strengthen and expand our insurance offering,” said Baden Martin, NZFSG chief executive.

Based in Auckland, Neal will lead the next phase of growth in the company’s insurance channel. Renowned for establishing high-performing teams from the ground up, he brings strengths that closely align with the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and scalable growth, the company says.

“Gavin’s leadership and vision will be instrumental in helping us deliver even more value to our advisers and their clients,” Martin added.
