Amova NZ appoints new relationship manager

Amova NZ (formerly Nikko AM) has appointed a new relationship manager whose role will be split across the institutional and intermediary sides of the business.

Maddie Edwards brings 11 years’ international experience and in-depth knowledge of Australasian financial services industry.

Edwards, who has joined from Australasian financial advice industry events and publications company The Inside Network, will work both directly with Amova’s institutional investment clients and financial advisers across the country.

Amova Head of Distribution, Sam Bryden, says Edwards’ mix of business development, marketing and relationship management skills enables her to take on this dual mandate.

“Maddie has a proven track record of building strong, trusted relationships with investment leaders and financial advisers wherever she’s worked around the world.

Edwards says she was drawn to the role by the opportunity to work with quality funds within a people-first culture.
