Haven Financial Advisers has appointed Sky Leigh to the newly created role of Head of Adviser Growth and Success. This strategic appointment demonstrates Haven’s commitment to fostering a high-performance culture and expanding its national network of financial advisers.

Leigh has been a cornerstone of Haven for over a decade, beginning her journey as a successful financial adviser before moving into a leadership role as an adviser manager, where she led and mentored a team of advisers.

In her new capacity, she will be responsible for providing leadership accountability, upskilling, mentoring, and support to enable the growth, development, and success of adviser managers, team leaders, and advisers across Haven.

"We are delighted to appoint Sky Leigh to this pivotal new role," said Craig Baldwin, Managing Director for Haven Financial Advisers. "Sky's deep understanding of our business, her proven track record in adviser development, and her passion for fostering advisers make her the ideal leader to drive the growth and success of our adviser community. This appointment is a testament to our commitment to investing in our people and expanding our capabilities to ensure more people and families across the country have access to financial advice”.

"I am thrilled to continue my journey with Haven in this new capacity," Leigh says. "I am particularly looking forward to providing comprehensive opportunities for all our advisers to grow their skills, enhance their level of advice, and expand their client base. By helping each adviser identify their unique pathway at Haven and providing a truly collaborative environment supported with innovative tech, we can empower them to achieve their full potential and deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients."

Her appointment reflects Haven’s ongoing plans for growth and its dedication to providing unparalleled development opportunities within the business, reinforcing its position as a top-rated financial advice provider in New Zealand.
