Good Returns is pleased to announce that three finalists have been selected in this year's Financial Planner of the Year Awards.

The finalists are (in alphabetical order):

  • Graham Baker, Spicers Portfolio Management, Hamilton

The three finalists will each do a final interview with the judging panel in Auckland on Thursday and the presentation function will be held at the Sheraton Hotel, that night starting at 6.30pm. (For more details click here)

The Awards have been organised to promote professionalism and excellence in financial planning. Also, they help show the public how financial planners can help them meet their investment and retirement income goals.

Planners who entered the Awards are judged on a number of criteria including professionalism and excellence. (Full details of process can be found here).

The previous Award was won by Rodger Spiller of Money Matters.

The Awards are supported by Armstrong Jones, AXA New Zealand, Guardian Trust Financial Services, Morningstar, Perpetual Investments, Tower Managed Funds and Royal & SunAlliance.
