Property investors moving loans

This week we have some results from the Landlords.co.nz/Mike Pero Mortgages survey of property investors. One of the interesting findings is that although investors aren't expecting to see rate rises until next year, nearly a quarter have moved some of their home loans from floating to fixed rates.
