NZFSG Northern Regional Manager William Laban and Shaun Fafeita, who looks after the Central/Southern regions, will now be solely focussed on NZFSG advisers.
“With a combined 20 years at NZFSG, William and Shaun possess a deep understanding of adviser businesses and are invaluable assets to our team. They are eager to provide renewed focus and support to their adviser panels,” NZFSG chief executive Baden Martin says.
Laban and Fafeita previously supported both Loan Market and NZFSG advisers.
Loan Market National Director Nicole Ferguson is building her own dedicated support of a team. Recently she appointed Devaney Davis, Regional Manager, Auckland and Karina Reardon, National Support Lead.
Martin says since joining NZFSG this year his primary objective has been to refine the business strategy to amplify the value offered to advisers.
“As the home of New Zealand’s largest adviser community, we recognise the importance of delivering tailored support for different advice streams. By tapping into the extensive experience and expertise within our team, we have enhanced our support capabilities across lending and insurance.”

Enhanced support for new advisers
Account Manager Tania Styche has taken on the new role of Induction Training Manager, where she will lead a 12-week programme for advisers new to the NZFSG network. This initiative is designed to equip them to deliver the best possible customer outcomes by effectively utilising the aggregator’s industry leading technology, services and support.
