FundRock appoints new MD
Non-Executive Director of FundRock steps into managing director role.

Rebecca Palmer has been appointed Managing Director of FundRock taking over from Michael Courtney.
Palmer is an experienced independent professional director and ESG and sustainable investing advisor. She brings extensive global expertise across a wide range of fund structures and investment strategies spanning multiple jurisdictions, strengthening the management company services FundRock provides in the New Zealand market.
“With Rebecca joining FundRock as Managing Director, and with her breadth of experience, we look forward to continued positive change and to delivering the exceptional client outcomes our business is known for,” said Donna Mason, Country Head – Apex Group New Zealand.
Palmer has served as a Non-Executive Director on the FundRock New Zealand and Apex Investment Administration boards, drawing on her international governance and fund oversight background. She will transition into the Managing Director role following a structured handover during March.
