Mike Pero recruits new advisers
Mike Pero Mortgages has added a new franchise owner and an adviser in the north island.

Ross Kinzett becomes the new Wellington franchise owner.
Prior to joining MPM, Kinzett worked at Kiwibank as a business banker.
He has a broad range of experience in business lending, mortgages, and SME financing.
Before working for Kiwibank, Kinzett worked for Bank of New Zealand for three and a half years, according to his LinkedIn page.
Morag McCaughan joins the Taupo franchise.
McCaughan will work for Taupo franchise owner Kirsty Clark. For the past eight years, McCaughan has run her own business in the financial services sector.
