Jack Patel has taken on a new role as business development manager with a specialist non-bank lender.

Jack Patel has joined Funding Partners as a business development manager.
'He’s not just bringing along a wealth of industry knowledge, but a great attitude that fits with our culture," Evan Barnes says.
Patel has 25 years experience in banking and specialist property finance. He has extensive experience in the non-bank sector and particular expertise in development lending and complex property transactions.
He says it's "good to be back on the tools."
Funding Partners specialises in non-bank lending and has funding from a number of sources including private investors as well as other lenders.
It describes itself as "a bespoke financial service provider that can tailor solutions for all aspects of your funding requirements."
It also runs Avanti's development lending book and provides loan administration services.
Patel has been with Finbase as well as Prospa and Liberty Financial.
