NZFSG has appointed John Stickland as its new national director.
He brings more than 20 years of senior leadership at Ricoh New Zealand, where he held executive roles across relationship management and financial services.
During his career, Strickland has led significant business transformation and growth initiatives, with a focus on service delivery, operational excellence, and digital innovation.
As national director, he will work alongside NZFSG leadership, including Loan Market national director Nicole Ferguson, to develop the group’s sales and adviser strategy, while leading the relationship management team and strengthening key relationships.
NZFSG chief executive and managing director Bruce Patten says Strickland’s appointment reflects the group’s continued focus on strengthening the foundations that support advisers and the customers they serve.
Strickland says NZFSG’s greatest strength is its people and its advisers and he aims to build trusted partnerships to help make it easier for advisers to do their best work.
