Silverfin appoints new CFO from the UK
Silverfin Capital Limited, business specialists in property syndication and management has announced the appointment of their new chief financial officer, Vedant Desai.

Desai is originally from Australia but has been based in the UK since 2022.
Having worked in finance and director roles in the hospitality and commercial real estate sector for six years, his experience will be welcomed by Silverfin and he will be responsible for all financial and risk aspects of the business that includes
Silverfin’s 24 separate syndicate schemes.
His most recent position was as finance director of Bizspace- the UK’s leading provider of regional flexible workspaces.
Desai says he is looking forward to getting settled in New Zealand and working closely with Silverfin’s stakeholders and investors.
