The Insurance and Savings Ombudsman scheme is getting a name change and advisers using the scheme need to take note.

Ombudsman Karen Stevens told Good Returns at the time that the scheme had been operating as the Insurance and Savings Ombudsman for 20 years and the name was no longer an accurate description.
