Fidelity Life waives policy fees

Fidelity Life has launched a new campaign which helps Kiwis get access to insurance protection for a better price.

Thursday, December 6th 2018, 10:04AM 1 Comment

Fidelity Life’s "Bye bye policy fees" campaign sees policy fees waived for most new business applications up to March 3 – and once they’re waived they’re waived for the life of the policy.

The offer applies to Platinum Plus, Platinum Plus Level and Mortgage Protector policies - both brand new policies and new lives added to existing policies.

Fidelity Life chief distribution officer Adrian Riminton said the campaign was a win-win.

“New Zealand has one of the lowest rates of life insurance in the world, with a recent TradeMe survey finding just 51% of Kiwis have life insurance.

“We’re committed to ensuring more New Zealanders have access to independent financial advice they can trust and innovative insurance solutions that meet their needs now and into the future.

“This campaign aims to help Kiwis get access to some of the best insurance protection in the market for a better price, and it’s a great way to celebrate winning the 2018 Life Insurance Company of the Year Award.”

New Zealand’s largest locally owned and operated life insurer, Fidelity Life was named 2018 Life Insurance Company of the Year at last week’s New Zealand Insurance Industry Awards, having also won the award in 2017.

This may be meaningful for clients paying very low premiums, but total premium cost is what matters to peoples' wallets.
