AIA brings back Apple watch

AIA brings back the Vitality Apple Watch Benefit.

Thursday, March 5th 2026, 3:14PM

The Apple Watch Benefit supports AIA Vitality members to stay active and improve their wellbeing by turning everyday movement into meaningful rewards, whether that’s walking, structured exercise or staying active as part of daily life.

Alex Kühnast, AIA NZ Chief Product & Marketing Officer, said the return of the benefit is much anticipated.

“This is one of our most loved AIA Vitality features, and its return is something our advisers and customers have been asking for. The Apple Watch Benefit has consistently proven to be a powerful motivator for members wanting to build healthier habits, and we’re pleased to be reintroducing it with the latest Apple Watch technology.”

“Bringing back the benefit reflects our commitment to helping New Zealanders live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. It also signals an exciting year ahead for AIA NZ, with more to come as we continue to grow the value and impact of AIA Vitality for our customers.”

From 5 March, AIA Vitality members can activate the Apple Watch Benefit and learn how they can earn an Apple Watch Series 11 (GPS), by getting and staying active.
