Asteron, Fidelity and Partners in running for top award

Asteron Life, Fidelity Life and Partners Life have all been named as finalists in the ANZIIF Life Insurance company of the year awards.

In the Innovation of the Year category Accuro Health Insurance has been named as a finalist along with Construction Cost Consultants.

Meanwhile, Partners Life general manager, New Business, Daniel Walker is one of six finalists in the Young Insurance Professional of the Year category.

The other finalists are: Matthew Botur (IAG), Stacy Gould (QBE Insurance), Mat Jensen (Suncorp New Zealand), Anna Parker (Crombie Lockwood) and Rene Swindley (Frank Risk Management).

The awards, organised by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, are in their seventh year and will be handed out at a gala dinner in Auckland on November 29.
