Check your cover and win a prize - ICNZ

This week is Money Week and the Insurance Council of New Zealand (ICNZ) is encouraging New Zealanders to make one day their ‘Insurance Day’ to ensure their insurance meets their needs.

Monday, August 9th 2021, 9:32AM

ICNZ says the activity is driven by research it commissioned which shows a disturbing lack of understanding of insurance by New Zealanders.

"Only 54% of those that completed our survey declared to know what their insurance covers them for," says ICNZ chief executive Tim Grafton.

ICNZ is running an online quiz where participants could win a $200 Prezzy Card for their efforts and has set up an online Insurance Health Check where people can check to see if they have appropriate cover in place.
